Program Details
Byron Katie, best-selling author and founder of The Work, has one mission in life: to teach people how to end their own suffering. She has worked with millions of people throughout the world who report profound experiences and lasting transformations. When Byron appears, lives change. As she guides people through The Work, they find again and again that their stressful beliefs—about life, other people, or themselves—radically shift.
I don’t have enough money…
My body is too fat…
My partner is no longer attractive to me…
My health is deteriorating…
My mother is unforgivable…
My children are driving me crazy…
Thoughts like these may run through your mind hundreds of times a day, fostering fear, anger, stress, and depression.
The Work is a way to deeply investigate these thoughts. Its four simple questions have the capacity to radically transform your life. Who would you be without your story? Join Byron for this weekend workshop at Kripalu and find out.
The New York Times said,“Katie’s events are riveting to watch”; Eckhart Tolle calls The Work “a blessing for our planet.”

BIG PICTURE: If we pull back far enough from the minutia and look at the broad strokes, what is happening in the world today is in fact a Mass Awakening. People are waking up spiritually, politically, gaining more access to education, demanding…Continue
