Song, chant, and mantra are wonderful and easily accessible options to shift our inner landscape of thoughts and feelings. Whether to quiet a worrisome mind, nurture a deeper connection with ourselves and others, or to develop a new avenue for peace and joy — voice is a doorway open to all, regardless of singing background.
Join us for a night of easy songs and chants from various traditions that open the heart and allow the joy of blended voices and community to emerge. Ride the wave of joyous music that invites your body to move and sing out and at other times, sink into mellow chant and tranquil centering. Expect to laugh a lot along the way!
