I am buddhist from 20 years i have my precious tibetan master i am with him 17 years thiis is my deweloping and sense of life and of course maditation is basic in buudhism.leven that i am buddhis and i follow grea teachings i can say that maditation is giving me menthal health and is giving great support in my life and maditation is basic in any real spiritual path wharhever buddhist christianity islam shamanism and any else maditation is not only sitting in crossed leg position there is also maditation in mouvement in dance etc but the mai think in maditation is awerness and presence in maditatiom sesion and espacially in you daily life it contain also night practise and if you are awere in your daily life you can avoid many probems and be relax and on that you can built your spiritual life just maditation shoul bring you good state of mind and relax relaxation is very good maditation and at the begining is bether to not force to much and start with short sesion more often rather that long sesion .maditation could be good help foreverybody inthat tense time.i have master who is saying sometime i am not more enlightend that you i am just more relax is samsara smsara is suffring and it comes from negativities create by tension

Hello Juta,
I'm still at debate with myself on reincarnation, several things in my life, one especially, makes a good argument for, you could be correct, I may be holding onto the crap in the back of my mind, as far as ego, I have none, I am just a simple and weak person in the big picture. I thank God, any saints I may pray too, and my Guardian Angel at least twenty times a day for the smallest of things, but important to me, even when I remember something good a year or more in the past. You may have something there, that I have not let go completely!

Hi Frank--Life keeps on happening even if one is "awake"--stuff happens day to day; the only constant in life is change; you mentioned the "crap" in your life is creeping back; is it possible that it never left? It is all your perception of what is going on in your life at the given moment..you also mention about "I've been here before"? What about reincarnation..how do you feel about that concept Frank...I am finding for myself that the ego must be kept out of play in this game of life of ours...be gentle with yourself and don't judge too harshly anything or anyone; we all are in this together; we all chose to incarnate as we have done for eons before...the interesting thought is, why did I choose to come back...

Thanks, I thought that maybe I was trying too hard, it just has to happen I guess, for a few days, I was 100% peaceful like a weight was lifted off me, then slowly the crap in my life has seem to sneak back in!, and it's nothing I really need or desire, this probably all sounds crazy, but I'm not the best at explaining my thoughts or feelings, this is all new to me while at the same time, it seems I've been here before!?
