Comment by Juta Semmel on January 15, 2011 at 5:01am: I was blessed at the age of 24, being married to a minister and a mother of a child one year old at the time, to have had a spontaneous astral projection, and the following day, meeting my spiritual guide and given His name by Him---simply asked "what is your name" and He gave it to me..I was a child of the 60's, never did anything with drugs of any kind; the group of friends I had also were of the same ilk; ( no drugs) it was that first projection that led to others in rather fast progression-- started reading everything I could get my hands on and meditation, time was always found to do it..joined this group because now I leave this body at will and gone to "planes and places" that typed words don't describe----only a few can give a glimpse...colors not of this world, and always, always, a sound...sound always starts as soon as I take leave of the body and stays with me throughout, not harsh, soothing, and in the background of where I find myself at the time; within the past few years because of much pain of two diseases that I have after a life with no illness except for broken bones while climbing trees and falling down..always have loved trees and climbing them:) I am now taking a pain pill daily--I find that it does help the pain much and makes my physical life bearable, I can't seem to meditate as well, and also, leaving my body at will doesn't happen; not sure why that is the case, but am not happy about that part of it..I much rather leave my body to escape the pain then take the pain pill...really feel it dulls the senses and also depresses me...not sure what a psychedelic drug would do for me and don't think I even want to try it; am grateful for the gift I have been given...
