"What has been will be again,
what has been done will be done again;
there is nothing new under the sun."

My first thought on reading your beautifully selfless questioning was give 'no thing'. This may, initially, appear to be flippant or ill-conceived yet I come back round to Bernie's teaching about 'nothing' and find that it is in that Space where no thing is, when we still the inner and outer voices/thoughts/patterns/desires and in so doing discover the gift of the empty Void so, please, give the gift of nothing.

Whatever we do or think is reflected back to us. People have little problem in seeing the negativity in others so why not make the change and know that the love we feel will also go out and reach those around us and beyond? How often have we been thinking about something only to have another person voice the same thought? So it is with emotions. All you have to do is Be Yourself. Let your light and inner work be as a silent guide that goes on beyond the coating of your body and be as a stepping stone rebounding from one being to another, allowing a mask to slip here and there and a glimpse gained of what we are.

Relax. Trust in the process,which will go on regardless anyway. Do nothing. It is already here... Can't you feel it?
