Healing Sexual Abuse

There are a variety of sources causing pedophilia.  Let's start with the history of it... written history teaches us that the Greeks raped their young boys to get them ready for war to make them into fierce warriors as part of their training.  The Greeks also had a culture of making love like eating a meal where orgies and same sex were the norm.  This influenced the Romans and the Roman Catholic Church hence influencing the world with a combination of cultural taboos and norms from marriage between a man and a woman, casual sex, pedophilia, incest, prostitution (history shows prostitution sects for priests as well as secular world prostitution being the oldest profession in the world), etc...  Understanding this history gives us a perspective as to why we are suffering with sexual dysfunctions and crimes against humanity today.

Take for example the child sexual abuse scandal in the Roman Catholic Church.  A pedophile Cardinal, Bishop, Priest, or layperson is reported back in the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, and present for sexual abuse and misconduct... the Diocese moves that pedophile to another parish in the same Diocese or moves the pedophile to another Diocese anywhere in the world. That puts children in danger to experiencing the side effects of sexual abuse that are life altering causing permanent damage to the social development of that child into adulthood. How it effects the world is that the Vatican utilizes it's power through a Diocese to block laws people try to lobby for change like statute of limitations or zero tolerance with life sentences. These laws have been blocked by the influence Diocese have in a city over court structures and this causes cases like Jaycee Dugard and Sean Hornbeck and others who are victims of these pedophile repeat offenders sexually abusing hundreds of children. My personal experience was from a police officer at the age of eleven in boy scouts and he molested over 500 children and convicted for two years in 1989. He became Captain of the Saint Louis City Clayton Police Department before he was caught. Free after two years of prison time. At sixteen I was victim to a pedophile drugging and raping me and because of the shame I tried to move on. Never dealt with it until I was 28 years old and it still has no justice, as at age 36 I went up against the Archdiocese of Saint Louis to ask for help and show accountability. They ran with their tales between their legs promoting the Archbishop of Saint Louis to the Vatican to be one of eight Canon lawyers in the world. The Priest on the Board of child protection was promoted to Archbishop of Tennessee after giving me the result of "It's not our responsibility." Children all over the world are effected by this controversial issue because of lack of laws, no accountability, secrecy and above the law, and a lack of awareness the public has no information about the Vatican - it's power playing Diocese - the effect it has on their communities worldwide in cities and townships.

Another big problem effecting our world with the subject of sexual abuse is human trafficking. Girls ages as young as 8 years old through ages 30 are trafficked for prostitution rings and sadistic men who do not know the true meaning of pleasure, only twisted dysfunctional sexual motives. Our children are in danger and education, laws, prevention measures, and accountability are the only way to stop it.

Date rape is another topic that happens due to lack of self control by men who have no clue the consequences and damage done to a woman if she is raped. Only to please the urges of sex without love forcing themselves on a woman makes a man not a man, but an animal. 1 in 5 people experience sexual abuse before the age of 18. 1 in 4 women are raped. Again, education, prevention, and laws of accountability are the only way to stop these statistics and reduce them to nothing.

When you learn of the side effects I think you will understand it's worse than murder... it's a slow torturous life worse than death if not dealt with professionally and personally by the victim to become a survivor and move on with emotional and psychological scars.
