Meditations on Ego and Enlightenment - by Eric Allen Bell

Over a long enough period of time, the survival rate for your body is zero.  Contained within the body is the brain and one of the functions of the brain is the ego.  The ego is the self concept of the brain-body organism and it does not like what was just said one bit.…

Realities of the Ascension Path

For those on the Ascension path, the only one who needs to love, honour and respect you is yourself. Never assume that others will respect you despite the level of work you have done on yourself; people will only treat you as a direct reflection of how they treat themselves and it is foolish and erroneous to think otherwise. To those stuck in 3d polarity, we can only ever be a projection of where they are at in themselves, a mind/emotional based perception. There is…

Surrender: Consciousness is Always Here

"Everyone has situations

in their life where they say

'It's impossible to be present

in this situation.'

But impossibility

only exists in your thinking.

You are only holding on

to a certain judgment about how it should be;

holding on to a certain idea of yourself…

Moving from the Sense of 'I am' to Becoming Everything in Meditation

"'I am' and 'everything is'

are the same.

You may start in meditation with resting in 'I am,'

and feeling your sense of being

that is beyond thinking.

And that may turn into witnessing.

And witnessing may turn into

'everything simply is,'

the sense of no…
