- A jolly old soul
I have gleaned spiritual training and experiences since I was small, from many sources.Different Meditation Techniques,TM,Kundalini Yoga,energy work,OBE,visualization, Crystals, Gems ...and have traveled the country experiencing many Native cultures in this lifetime.
I am passing on my experiences to others, to give hope that lives can be better if they face their fears and clear out the shadows that block them.I have Certificates in Psychiatric Rehabilitation & Addiction Studies.
I have had 3 NDE's and 5 years ago was told I would be wheelchair bound.My spirit has not allowed that to happen.
I keep the spirit of Love and being
in tune with the moment and Blessings around me to keep smiling.

Best day ever
Sunrise to after sunset. doing service work at the sailing program. Beautiful Sunlit perfect day by the lake. Afterward the bus rides and walking on the Magnificent Mile had beauty of flower arrangements and smiling beautiful people. the energy was Love and gratitude.
