- Tell us something about yourself:
- I hold the space (along with my husband Todd) for the Spiritual Human Evolution Centre - Amsterdam. A centre committed to evolving consciousness and culture, inspiring individuals to come radically alive and participate in the emerging new consciousness by redefining who they are.
Our tool for facilitating this is The Form - Reality Practice a conscious movement practice that is a sequence of movements that are a natural flow of being in manifest form. The Form – Reality Practice and its teaching is on the leading edge of evolving consciousness and its activity as our global culture.
The movements came through the realisation of a man called Bernie Prior an evolutionary visionary and spiritual teacher. Who shortly after realisation in 1989 began to move around peoples bodies with certain movements that opened profound experiences for the individuals who were receiving beyond there current known experience. The practice developed and has only been taught worldwide by Bernie on his residential retreats until 2009. Bernie is now training individuals to teach this practice as part of a teacher training program, these individuals are radically committing to be at the cutting edge of their own evolution and are inspired to serve the evolution of humanity.
My role is the Northern Hemisphere coordinator and mentor of The Form - Reality Practice. I am actively raising awareness of this profound vehicle for human transformation and its ability to support the emerging new consciousness. I teach here at the Spiritual Human Evolution Centre, SHE for short. In honor to the he Divine Feminine. I also teach and give workshops internationally.
