- I am a spiritualist, not from a place of belief, but from a place of knowing. I have learnt so many truths, and seen and heard so much irrefutable evidence that our existence in our earthly life is that of spirit in the human form. I look to expand my awareness and hope to share that expansion with others, and to learn of others paths towards their spiritual fulfilment.

- Too many to mention! I am an eclectic reader, anything that I feel will touch my soul, expand my knowledge or question my thoughts is the first step to reading the first few pages. If I get beyond that then I know that it is worthwhile.
I have been taught by some amazing far seeing teachers, both through intensive residential courses and locally through small workshops.

- I am not inspired by one particular person. My inspiration is drawn from the knowledge that there is more, that I have a choice to stagnate or move forward. I have chosen the latter.
